Puddock Hill

under construction

Following a master planning process of the entire 12 acre residential property, the owners decided to move forward with the renovation of the rear yard patio which included dining and conversation space, a water feature, pollinator-friendly planting and vegetable garden with raised beds and potting shed. The design is particularly sensitive to legacy trees and historical features of the dwelling, in addition to wildlife and water conserving techniques such as specification of plants for habitat and permeable gravel pavements.

CAD 3D modeling enabled precise visualization of the final product with careful attention to minimizing site disturbance, alignment of new construction with surrounding gradients, planning viewsheds from the house and aesthetic compatibility of finished materials.
